Natural pools, rock jumps and an easy rappel on the Guadalmina river, a short drive from Marbella and San Pedro de Alcántara — our most accessible canyoning adventure.
Most of Marbella's outdoor adventure lives just inland, in Benahavís and along the Guadalmina river valley. The Guadalmina canyon runs through a narrow, green ravine with a series of natural pools and optional jumps up to 5 metres, finishing with one easy rappel — ideal if this is your first time in a harness.
Every route is led by a certified local guide with full technical gear included. Routes are available for beginners and experienced adventurers, and for guests who want more of a challenge, the wilder canyons of Sierra Bermeja and the Genal Valley are within reach of the same base.
The Guadalmina canyon starts close to San Pedro de Alcántara, making it one of the most convenient adventure activities for guests staying anywhere along Marbella's Golden Mile. Transport is available on selected tours — ask us when booking.
If you're staying closer to Estepona, the Genal Valley canyons and Sierra Bermeja are a more direct option. See canyoning near Estepona →
